ROCKPORT, Mass. – A Massachusetts faculty scholar has acquired a response to a message he threw into the ocean when he was 10 years previous.
Suffolk College sophomore Max Vredenburgh says he put the letter right into a glass wine bottle that he threw into the water at Lengthy Seaside in Rockport in August 2010.
Vredenburgh’s father texted him Friday to say that he had acquired a letter from somebody named “G. Dubois” who discovered the bottle on a seashore in Southern France on Oct. 10.
In Vrendenburgh’s unique letter he listed a few of his favorite issues together with apples, the seashore and outer area. He additionally requested that the letter’s recipient “please write again.”
The 19-year-old Vredenburgh posted pictures of the letters to his Twitter account Friday.
